Dr. Albaugh exclusively provides telehealth (i.e., virtual) sessions to adults located in New Hampshire and Vermont. His theoretical orientation is cognitive-behavioral, and he has extensive experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), including exposure therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), the unified protocol for transdiagnostic treatment of emotional disorders, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Insurance and Fees
The fee for a 60-minute session is $175. Payment is due at the start of each session and made via the HIPAA-secure service, Ivy Pay. Dr. Albaugh is an out-of-network provider, which means that that he does not contract with insurance companies. Depending upon your insurance plan, partial reimbursement for out-of-network services may be possible. To determine what out-of-network coverage you have, please contact your insurance company directly. Importantly, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost. This Good Faith Estimate is required by the federal No Surprises Act.
